Hey @hmsantanna 

What exactly do you mean by request a song?  Do you mean to request it to be on Spotify?  If so there isnt a way to request songs to be available on Spotify. You would have to contact the artist and have them negotiate a deal with Spotify to have their songs public on Spotify
