Nepamatuji si svůj e-mail a heslo, ale znám své uživatelské jméno. Jak lze zjistit tato přihlašovací ID. Dík.

You can try resetting your password and see which email account the password reset email lands in. See this article on how to reset your password. 🙂

Hopefully you still have access to the email account you used to sign up.
