Spotify albums or singles can be removed with some reasons:

- Artist choose

- Label choose

- Deal with distributor ends and not renewed

- Album incorrect, wrong info, bad sound, usually in this case just take down and will be reuploaded

- Other stuff like copyright issue

Spotify never remove tracks by itself.
