Irrationally unavailable songs

Hey! I'm a listener from Germany and I'd like to know: How come I can listen to certain songs from an artist but sometimes even on an otherwise available album, theres a song or two that are unavailable for me? As an example theres Reols new album Jujutsujo on which I can listen to all the songs, except the last one, named Bring It On, which is a cover of a song she has written herself for Giga-P. Theres no reason whatsoever for that particular song not to be available, and I'd like to know why it still is? Thanks in advance!

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available.
