Is it possible to get back the previous playlist before its update?

I've been listening to "Novedades Indie" lately which was created by Spotify. The playlist has updated recently but I really want to have the non updated playlist from a week ago. Is it possible?

Right now this it's not possible to do this right now, however you may wish to add your +VOTE on to this idea here to show Spotify that this is something you'd like to see. 

Keep an eye on your Discover Weekly and your Daily Mixes and songs similar to those you were listening to will influence content that shows there so you might get some recommendations that are similar.
