Is there somewhere I can petition to consolidate two repeat artists into one?

Hi, so there's this artist page: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7G6CzEvibsxpjfOIktMQEO
Which shows "Pmarusama" as the artist with only 2 songs, but the artist has another page: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4hUWwJ0fRLx9rYtUvT26Ii
That actually has the rest of their work under "P丸様｡", which is the same but written in japanese.

I don't know how how any of this works or if this is actually intentional but I find it way easier to just have one... Anyone know somewhere I can "report" this situation?
