Does anyone know why Graham Nash's 1980 Album "Earth & Sky" is not available for listening?

We know that Spotify would like to make all the world's music available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

On the other hand, new content is added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find something you’re looking for now, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

My Question or Issue

Today I noticed that two albums from my favorite band, Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung, have disappeared from Spotify (the albums include Himbeerland and Neppomuk's Rache). Why are these albums disappearing??? I noticed another one of their albums disappeared earlier this year too.
