Hey Guys,
I have the following problem my Spotify app is starting on hisself. The app is automatically playing music and changes the sound every seconds alone. When I stop the app a few time later it's starting again. I can't play and listen to any music I want to hear the app is playing random music automatically. I searched in the internet and was looking for a solution to solve it. I already uninstalled the app, delete the Cache and the autoplay function is disabled too. Nothing is working for me
It would better great if someone could help me
Best regards
Tine

Hey @Christine89! 🌟
Since you mentioned that you already cleared the cache, it's possible that the process may have already deleted this file. That's why you can't find it.
Also, can you try logging out everywhere just to make sure that there's no other device controlling the playback?
Lastly, make sure that the OS and Spotify versions are up-to-date to not miss any new updates or fixes.
Keep me in the loop!

Hey @Christine89!
Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Spotify Community!
Can you try on a different device and see if you can replicate the issue? If you haven't already, it's worth trying these steps, as this is more thorough than a regular reinstall and can help you get rid of anything that might be causing issues on your device.
Keep me posted on how this goes!

I tried it on my tablet and there I have no problems with my Spotify app. So do you think I really have to uninstall the app on my mobilephone completely and to uninstall everything?
Thanks for getting back @Christine89!
So in this case, it’s worth trying a clean reinstall and seeing if it helps, just to rule out any device-related issues.
If that doesn’t do the trick, feel free to share your device make, model, OS, and the Spotify version you’re using!
Keep me posted!

I have problems at this step Internal Storage > Android > data. com.spotify.music the steps before I did but here I don't find the com.spotify.music to delete it
Thank you for trying to help me

None of these suggestions work. Clearing cache turning off auto play on iPhone 16 creating a manual automation shortcut with the iPhone programming application shortcut to force stop Spotify nothing works. Super annoying. Phone call finished? Spotify blasting. Voice to text finished? Spotify blasting workout music. Drives me insane.
