So, I've got the problem that I can't get my spotify to show me any music videos at all. I'm in a Family Plan (GER) together with my brother and my parents, and all of them can access the music video-feature on their phone (of selected songs which feature it obv.)
First I thought it might be smth. wrong with my Galaxy A52 (even though it has the latest app version and Android 14). So, i tried to access the videos with my account on the following devices: Lenovo Tab M9 (Android 13), Samsung SmartTV (tizenOS), Desktop PC/Laptop (Win10 & Win11, via App and Web-Player) - nothing, I am just not able to watch them, it doesn't even show the little "play" symbol to switch from audio-only to video.
I've disabled everything remotely related to data-saving, double-checked and compared settings between working devices and mine... I don't get it?! I just can assume, it has to be related to my account - which I also don't get; I'm a premium user, other than me all plan members can access the videos, and afaik the feature isn't beta anymore, so 'everyone' should have it?
Am I a second-class citizen to spotify?

Soy suscriptor premium y no me sale la opción de ver los videos musicales
No me sale la opción en mi celular ni en el xbox, pero si otra cuenta se conecta si le sale la opcion

I'm the Duo subscription owner and I'm not seeing Spotify music videos on my device or in our Spotify TV app. Spotify versions on all devices are up to date and even reinstalled. My girlfriend on the same subscription has the videos working on her iPhone though. We live in the same house and it works correctly on her phone and in the tv too. The feature should be rolled gradually by countries right?
Could you clarify if the rollout is gradual inside the country, by device or literally by one country at a time? I've heard that other people with Duo subscription have the same problem as me, I'm wondering if the feature is bugged for the subscription owners? Anyways, some clarification is needed or this is a bug.

let's just face it: They f'd us all big time and forgot about us common plebs a long time ago. I've not much hope left, and at this rate we're probably better off with YT premium via a VPN, while gambling our google-accounts.
