New Member, missing a song

I'm a long time YouTube subscriber from back when Google first bought them. I've recently decided to move to Spotify and found most of the music I truly care about with one very notable exception.  

Possibly my favorite blues song of all time is Mississippi River Blues, but JD Clark. That artist is on the service, but that song is not available.  Is there anywhere I can request music additions?

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or his music label may have decided to not make it available in Spotify.
