Playlists ALWAYS interrupted by non asked musics

I have Spotfy Premium and ALL THE TIME that I am listening to any of my playlists, they're suddenly interrupted and some terrible songs that I have never asked for starts playng. It's always the same gender (Musica Sertaneja - From Brazil) and most of the times Spotfy insist on the same music. This is an absurd as I pay for Premium exactly not have adds or things like that. This happens in my laptop and my Iphone. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again in both devices several times. Have turned off and on other several times. Have updated all possible updates. Is there any solution? Otherwise I'll be canceling my account and switching to another plataform. Thank you.
