Podcast losing episodes

Ignore, turns put that PodBean has a setting which limits the number of episodes.  Thia can be adjusted.  On a weekly released podcast, life in the world to come, for the last few weeks when the newest episode is released the oldest episode dissappear. This has happened for the last 4 weeks. The podcast owner does not understand why this is happening either. Please help reinstate the missing episodes and prevent it from happening in the future.
