I have a problem, I want to hear music from Peso Pulma but I cant, seems like be unvailable, the strange situation is that I can reproduce a little part of song from him. only for my account, I able the content explicit and I dont Banned his song. I already reset the devices but dont be help in nothing, what Im gonna do?

Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts available, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

Yeah I knew, but searching, there is no problem with the availability with my country... It will be offensive if peso pluma cant be hear it in México! My account is from México and I try with other account and the music works normally.

Thanks for getting back to me. I just took a look and the albums from the artist appear to be available in Mexico, so disregard my last response in this case. Can you let me know what happens when you attempt to play music from this artist? Also, does this just happen with one artist, or any music you listen to?

It will also be best to try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
