Report Albums on Wrong Artist Page

Right now we don't have a great way to collect information about errors in our data from our users in an actionable format. This was one key learning from Line-In, and something that we would look to improve with future features.

If you're an artist and your music  ends up on a different artist profile, or if another artist’s music appears on your profile, we can get that fixed for you quickly. You have two options for addressing these errors—either reach out to your distributor or label and follow their instructions, or contact the Spotify for Artists support team and let us know that there’s music on the wrong artist profile. We’ll follow up quickly to get the details we need to correct the error.

You can report mismatched content if you see it live on Spotify, but we recently made it easier for you to catch these errors before they’re visible to listeners: you can see upcoming releases within your Catalog in Spotify for Artists. If you notice an incorrect release there—or you don’t see a release that you were expecting—you can follow the same steps as above.

We’re working with distributors and labels to implement solutions that improve the accuracy of our catalog. There are millions of artists on Spotify delivering over 20,000 tracks per day, so it’s likely that there are artists out there with the same or similar names. We recommend using a distributor that enables you to deliver music with a specified artist ID so it's added to the right artist page and there is no guesswork. We've highlighted preferred distributors who are using best practices to reduce metadata problems.

Hello, My releases was uploaded to spotify recently though the aggregator service www.spinnup.com This has been wrongly attributed to the wrong artist of the same name.
The link to my uploads is 

UPC for the releases is "7332900422136" and "7332900415411". Please could this be change to a new Artist page titled "Kapri" at which point I will request access to this through the spotifty for artists program where i can update the bio information correctly.

The Dynamic Clarence Carter album...says by Clarence Reid, I don't think he had anything to do with this one, looks to me like it should be on the Clarence Carter page and say "by Clarence Carter".

The album was released by a different band called Widowmaker. 

The is about the british blues band Widowmaker (featuring Ariel Bender).

On the other hand, Stand By Your Pain was an album released by the homonymous american metal band, featuring Dee Snider (ex-Twisted Sister, ex-Desperado), Al Pitrelli (ex-Megadeth, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Marc Russell (later replaced by Freddy Villano) and Joe Franco (ex-Twisted Sister, ex-Desperado).

I don't believe the latter Widowmaker has its own page on Spotify.

my spotify artist is supposed to be PeeJay ... I released my album over a month ago..An artist page was not created for me, instead the album was put under another artist with similar name peejay... I submitted an artist separation form but I have not yet heard anything back. It's been over a month.. Thank You.

I am having issues with a few songs that are across all online platforms, not just Spotify so this has not been a fun experience for me while trying to remove multiple songs by an artist using the same name as me for his music, Zerk. I uploaded an album through CD Baby titled "Heard That EP" that was distributed to Spotify and it has gone to the wrong place. It has gone on another page titled Zerk that has 3 random songs on it, while I have my page consisting of 5 other albums that this should be included with. I'm not sure how this occurred but I need this album moved to my page alongside my other 5 albums. Please help! Feel free to contact me at info@systematticmusic.com
