Reported a wrong song title, no response from support, what can I do?

Hi,

In the beginning of January, I reported a wrong song title using the correct support form, but got no response from Spotify support. And yes, the song title is still wrong 🙂

Is there a way to see the status of the support case (case # 07189051)?

That is very odd. Usually, Support gets back fast. Have you checked your Spam folder in case the email got misplaced there?

Hi!

No, I did not check the spam folder... Now it's too late I guess (spam gets deleted after 30 days). I have reported that problem over the German support form, maybe there is some translation step involved which causes delays or something. I think I will just try again with the English support form.

In this case, you can try to contact Spotify again using the Contact Form. You can also reach the German support team on Facebook or Twitter. Make sure, if you use the first one, to reply to any automated email you'll receive directing you back to the community 🙂

Support gets back within 24-48 hours.
