No, I did not check the spam folder... Now it's too late I guess (spam gets deleted after 30 days). I have reported that problem over the German support form, maybe there is some translation step involved which causes delays or something. I think I will just try again with the English support form.
In this case, you can try to contact Spotify again using the Contact Form. You can also reach the German support team on Facebook or Twitter. Make sure, if you use the first one, to reply to any automated email you'll receive directing you back to the community 🙂
