I'll just start by mentioning that songs are uploaded to Spotify by artists.

Now for the artist in question,are there other songs of theirs on Spotify?

If so, then they'll likely upload the one you want, eventually.

If however, the artist has no content on Spotify, it's unlikely you'll find the track soon, sorry 🙂.
