Sleep app appeared from nowhere and keeps switching itself on how do i remove it

Can you tell us a bit more about what you mean by "Sleep app"? Is it another app, using Spotify to play music or you're talking about a feature inside the Spotify app. The more info you can provide on the matter, the better. You can also include some screenshots.
