Songs Taken Off?

One of my favorite songs is "can't take my eyes off of you" by Frankie Valli and it keeps getting taken off of Spotify then put back on and taken off again. I get so excited that it's back on and then a few days or weeks later it's gone again.. why is this?

This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist/labels, or ownership of rights, has changed. Availability can vary between countries as well.

Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies and artists. 

Hopefully the song you're looking for will reappear soon!
