My Question or Issue

At mid June the Spotify's sound capsule stopped showing how much time was listened in each of the 5 top artists. I tried installing Spotify in another device but it still didn't show the information.

Could you please check this?

i spoke to a few customer service reps. and they've told me that they're temporarily removing the sound capsule feature. Till Aug 1st, I could see the time spent listening to music and each artist etc, until last night. I had spent an all-nighter and this morning I went to check how many hours I'd listened to music. unfortunately, none of it got "saved" so I spoke to them and found out that they've removed it... ik... heartbreaking...
