Spotify Wrapped

I have a problem with Spotify Wrapped, because when I try to play “stories” of Spotify Wrapped, they stop and I don’t see the animation, which has everyone. I see only one picture and information of every story 😞

You can try these steps:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.
