I was using the Spotify generated playlist "Instrumental Study".  It changed last week and I dont know how to track down the songs that I liked off that playlists so I can add them to my own playlist.  Is there any record or archive that shows that tracks were on a specific playlist on a specific date?

Unfortunately there is no way to see an archive of a playlist.
