Subscription doesnt work

I have the rogers plan where i get free spotify for a year but me and my sisters spotify just one day took away our premium membership, i dont know what to do about it because i dont know if its rogers fault or what, id really appreciate some help, thanks

Rogers is a Canadian Internet provider correct, that offers up to three premium Spotify accounts per household that sign up with their Internet service? I am rather sure you will have to go through Rogers account services as they manage those Premium account offerings.

You might also do a key word search on the board for Rogers as there was a few posts by other Rogers users who found out how to get access to those Premium Spotify account offerings.
