I may have a solution to the problem.....
Hire a cover band to perform the music for free users, and have the original artist performance for premium users.

Or you could just have her music available for premium subscribers only. There's an idea. It's not like the free subscribers are losing out because they already can't listen to her music. And an enticement for listeners to subscribe to premium. I wouldn't do that for every mainstream artist though. Then you'd lose your user base due to a below par free tier.
