As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, it's entirely up to the artist / their label to upload content on the platform. Sometimes this may also depend on permissions from rights holders.

For more information on the matter, it's worth reaching out to the band's label. In the meantime, if you own some of their music, you can import it as local files to your Spotify library.
