The Paper Kite - On the Train Ride Home

Hello,

Im using the Israeli version of Spotify and for some reason On the Train Ride Home newsest album of The Paper Kites (an australin band) is unavaliable here. Previous albums of the band are still up here. 
Is there any way of knowing why this album is unavaliable? Does it related to Spotify itslelf or shoud I try and contact the artist or publiher directly?
