So I went ahead to check if this is due to the rights issue in your region. I can see that the content is not available in my region either. What does it mean? Well, the content rights holder has probably restricted the streaming/downloading of the content in some specific region. And we cannot utilize that.

In such cases, there is nothing streaming services like Spotify can do about it because it completely depends on the rights owner. I hope that clears things up for you, feel free to reach out if you need anything else.
