My Question or Issue

Spotify Content Moderation is sadly out of control. Please give us (paying) users a way to get back in control -> Provide us and Developers with an easy way to Share Backlists. Make it possible to "subscribe" to Artists IDs via HTTP on JSON or CSV files. Or just, as it would be quite a bit simpler for you, give us an option to manage Blocklists via API. And artistban is already available as Private API. 

It's kind of a last call, cause my frustration gets more and more, and my girlfriend is proving me that other platforms don't have that trash-content problem.
