Spotify wants all the music in the world to be available to stream.
Unfortunately, sometimes, due to licensing problems or by decision of the artist or label, some songs or albums are not available or partially available in some countries.
Spotify team works hard every day to try to convince labels/artists to have all their music to stream.
The best way users can help is to contact the label and ask why an album / a song is not available in streaming.
