"Cyberpunk" by Billy Idol is skipping like a CD

Spotify seems to have no immediately apparent "report issue" button, or any single, streamlined channel for feedback that doesn't require me to come all the way into a separate website for some "community" that I, as a simple user of its service, don't care much about; then log in, look for a button that looks like what I'm trying to do...

So, rant thing aside, here I am, possibly in the wrong forum board thing, to report that the album "Cyberpunk" by Billy Idol seems to be skipping like a CD, like someone actually uploaded a rip from a scratched disc or something. For instance, in the song "Neuromancer", you can hear skipping at the 1:16 mark, and in other parts in the same song and all over the album.

I'm using the Windows Store app, and was able to reproduce the issue on the web player as well.

Just putting this out there, hopefully it'll reach someone who can fix it, lol.

I can confirm there are some weird skips going on in the 2017 Capitol Records version.
The 2007 Capitol Records version seems to be clean of this issue.
