My Question or Issue

My partner was listening to an album and I wanted to save it to my library. We both have Motorola's, both in Australia, and both have premium plans. I couldn't find the album anywhere searching it up and when he sent me a link it said "the tracks on this release are not available". Why would this happen? The only thing I can think is that he set up his account in the UK and maybe copyright is different?

Make sure "Don't play this artist" isn't selected. If you're on the artist's page and you see a  🚫 (circle with line through it) symbol near the top, then you've prohibited your account/app from showing you the music. Best of luck!

I had the same issue.

Solved it by deleting the Spotify app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling the app.

Before that, I had tried updating to latest version, but that didn't help.

Earlier this week driving home from work, enjoying the remastered Beatles through a best of list.  Came home wanted to continue listening to that playlist on a bluetooth speaker, but big bummer... The total back catalogue of the beatles was 'not available... '   Tried every setting, tried different device also. Older mobile phone that I'm using just for streaming music. Same message over and over again.

Finally decided to throw away the Spotify app on my daily mobile phone.  I was ready to cancel my subscription as well...  Last night in final effort installed the app again.  It worked, the Beatles are back, and not just in the USSR 😊

Still have to try the same on my other phone. Let's hope...

My Question or Issue

I could happily listen to The Life of a Showgirl for a few weeks, but now when I try to open it I get the message “the tracks on this release are not available.” I’ve tried every solution suggested by the Spotify Support Bot and nothing worked. Help?
