release radar content

release radar content

Hello does anyone know how the release radar content is made up? I continue to receive release radar lists full of artists I do not know and I do not have any interest in. The only thing I can do is "hide" them but I cannot tell spotify that I do not want to listen to them. I do not know how spotifiy is imagining me like that stuff considering that I listen to music a lot so they should know my tastes by now.

Hey @kyeky, thanks for your post! Release Radar should be influenced by artists you follow and songs/artists you listen to as Spotify learns your tastes. On mine, I tend to almost exclusively receive tracks from artists that I follow, and my biggest recommendation for improving that playlist would be to follow more of your favorite artists. More info on various discovery oriented functions on Spotify can be found here.
