Hey @geniass!

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Could you share a few more details like your device’s make and model, OS, and the Spotify version you’re using?

Also, just checking, have you already tried these steps or done a quick reinstall? It can help clear out any cache that might be causing issues on your device.

And if you can, try switching to a different internet connection, like a hotspot or another WiFi, to see if that changes anything.

Keep me posted!

Hey @MateusM its problem appear on every device( Iphone, Mac, Windows 10) my internet connection is good, btw tried to connect various networks. Also follow your steps that you shared above and it also not working, maybe you know how i can connect with spotify support, because i dont have any other ideas how to fix it, dont really want to migrate for other applications

Hey @geniass!

Thanks for getting back to us!

Could you ask a friend or family member to log in with their account on the affected device to see if anything changes?

If that doesn’t help, try using mobile data or a different high-speed Wi-Fi, just make sure it’s not a school, work, or public network, since those can sometimes have restrictions. It’s just to double-check if the network might be the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
