I'm just searching a bunch of netflix playlist atypical and stranger things, but stranger things playlist caught my eye, the picture is below.

This is a easter egg in the Spotify app to celebrate season 2 of Stranger Things.

Unfortunately there isn't a way for users to create a playlist with this special showing. It is only on certain playlists for the easter egg.
