Cannot see Spotify startpage

I get a blank page with the error message;
RBAC: access denied

Means I also cannot log-in

I just started having the same issue. Is this new? I had one tab open playing music since this morning, then I tried to open a Spotify link my friend sent me this afternoon and got RBAC: Access Denied. Since then, I haven't been able to access Spotify at all, and only get this error message. ???
