Debian Client will not start

Debian Linux 12 (Fresh install yesterday, 6th Sept 2024)

My Question or Issue

Client will not start.

I do get the following error:

[0906/105220.859265⚠️main_runner.cc(261)] Alloy bootstrap is deprecated and will be removed in ~M127. See https://g!thub.com/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/3685 

I am unable to "ctrl-c" out of the program, and need to kill it with `ps aux | grep spotify | awk {'print $2'} | xargs -n1 kill -9`

No other output happens.  I have tried an "AppImage" of the official debain version that has been distributed on git hub (/ivan-hc/Spotify-appimage)  and the latest release there has the same issue.

Any clues?
