Debian packaging could use some upgrading

The packaging of the Debian/Ubuntu port really could use some upgrading.

1) APT sources migration from list to deb822 format:

What it currently ships:

$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.list
deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free

What it should ship instead:

$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.sources
Types: deb
URIs: http://repository.spotify.com
Suites: stable
Components: non-free

Signed-By: /usr/share/keyrings/spotify-archive-stable.gpg

2) Dependencies

The package currently Recommends every variant of libavcodec and libavformat. A simpler line would be:

Recommends: libavcodec | libavcodec-extra, libavformat | libavformat-extra

3) If Spotify wants a Debian Maintainer and Ubuntu developer on their team, I'm available.

Yeah this is very annoying, every update you have to delete /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.list after if you have the modern version /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.sources

Yeah, good point. I wonder why spotify still uses `/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d` and not `/etc/apt/keyrings` with `deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/spotify.gpg]` directive (or better yet - deb822 format) in 2026

I just switched to the (unofficial) Flatpak, which is built from the (official, I believe) Snap.
