snap revision 92 is missing /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libav* libraries, breaking local file playback on Ubuntu 22.04/Zorin 16

Local file playback has also broken for me on snap revisions 90-93. Works on 89 and before. Running Ubuntu 24.04.

Steve, how'd you check the library issue? I don't see anything relevant in `snappy-debug` and the recent Spotify versions that fail to play local files also fail when run from the terminal.

My friend Claude said it was so after we were troubleshooting. This was our workaround:

try this:

# Remove the broken revision 92
sudo snap remove spotify

# Install the working revision 89
sudo snap install spotify --revision 89

# IMPORTANT: Hold it so it doesn't auto-update back to broken 92
sudo snap refresh --hold spotify

# Launch and test
spotify &
