What's new in this version (1.0.7):

• On Windows, the corner X button can close or minimise Spotify. Choose in your Settings.
•  Making a collaborative playlist in 1280x800 resolution? Excellent. Now you can see who's added songs in the User column.
• Create Playlist option for playlist context menus to allow you to quickly create a playlist from a right click
• Lyrics, Messages and Play Queue each have their own button. Click once to view, click again to go back.
• We've improved the way playlists are sorted. 
• Having trouble logging in? Try changing your Proxy Settings from the the login page. (It's easy, promise.)

While I was still waiting for the 1.08 release notes I just got an update to 1.09. 

Wouldn't install so I first had to uninstall and then download again from the site and got the update message again. First thing I noticed when I opened this version is the new green colour.

Hope to get some release notes on this one....and I don't mean in 3 weeks time ;).

Don't have the time to start searching for everything that might have changed.

This is depressing.  After finally getting release notes out before a release we're back to the mystery releases.  It's like trying to run up a sand dune (one step forward... three steps back...).

While you're considering this, please...

- Work out WHY people cared about minimise-to-system tray.  Yes, implementing it without being able to START UP minimsed to system tray and with no play controls ticks a box, but...

- Do the same for everything else everyone's upset about

- Stop sticking Spotify icons on my desktop with every (mystery) automatic update that I never wanted in the first place.  All it does it put a reminder of all the pain you've given me right in front of my face (unless of course, that's what you were trying to do?)

- Check the list in my previous post (link above) for stuff you went backwards on and haven't put back yet (I can't be stuffed copying it over to here - I know you don't read any of this anyway - I'm just venting...)

The inside of Spotify must be something like The Thick of It or W1A these days (UK readers will know what I'm talking about).  No hope for them then.  rdio and Apple Music are out there - and their controlling-remote-things and play-queue features work - so no point to spotify any more!  Spotify you are dead to me!!

To anyone posting complaints here and still paying their premium subs: why?

There's no alternative with that robust content for Underground Hands Up, Jumpstyle and Hardstyle music. The Spotify is good, bút new color of logo is annoying.

Are the release notes or other technical docs in this repos usaly as well ?

Is the repo that our clients are using to get upgraded or is that something else , such as support repos, ... ?

Interesting - version 1.0.9 is the first after a while that gives me some hope that the product owners really listen to some of the feedback. 

First impression: New Logo (nice)

The font color is now a bit brighter, better to read. 

Opening playlists and Browse section loads quite fast, also the charts.

It would be very nice to see the release notes. So far I have a good feeling about this update. But actually it could only go up from there.

1.0.8 updated and I CAN'T START IT ANYMORE I have to uninstall, and download it manually again !! and again !
