My Question or Issue

Since last update of Spotify for Linux it seems that I'm riding in a wagon. The app is too slow and with the new features and animations - unnecessary in my opinion - the usability has been terrible. Is that a possibility to remove or turn off the animations?

Another point: who I have to contact to ask for my plan? I didn't find any info, just an chat that it doesn't work (of course) and nobody reply me.
