Wrong song played in searches (web player)

Sometimes, when I search a song i want to hear or add to playlist, the right song appears in the album or search results but when i click to play, spotify plays a completelly different song. Also, if i had that song to a playlist it instead adds the song that it plays when i press to play. I noticed that this only happens to songs that were already in some of my playlists, and it only happens in web player, when i try in mobile it works just fine. Also, recently, some of the playlists are messed up in the web player version, displaying repeated songs and not displaying songs that used to be in the playlist and that are displayed in mobile.
