Collab playlist not letting my add songs

Hi I made a collaborative playlist on my second account and it will not let me add songs in. I am following the play list and previously it would allow me to but suddenly I can no longer add any new songs. What gives?

First thing you can try is logging out and back in to the Spotify account where you experience this issue. Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.  

If this persists, let us know if you're trying to add to the collaborative playlist using the desktop app or the Spotify web player. It'd also be helpful if you send us the make and model of the device you use, as well as the exact OS version and exact Spotify app version. This will let us take a closer look and advise further.

Thanks. It seems to work adding songs on the iphone app but if I use the desktop player or webplayer I don;t have the option to add songs. I have tried logging out and back in.

Would you mind sending over a screenshot or a screen recording where we can take a better look at this issue?

Just attach it to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos or Insert Video option in the post editor and make sure to exclude any personal info from it.
