Desktop app crashes when clicking on the interface.

My Question or Issue

When I open the Spotify app, it launches correctly. But as soon as I click anywhere at all on the app interface, it immediately closes. This started happening today for no reason at all. I've done soft and hard reinstallations (removing cache files etc) to no avail. I can't find any crash log files anywhere. I need help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

On a thread with a similar issue (during the startup), some users have recommended disabling window-management apps as they seem to interfere with the proper behavior of the app. So if you're using any app to manage windows such as Magnet or SuperCharge, we'd recommend turning it off as it would probably do the trick. 

Also, according to the response of this thread, this is currently being investigated internally, so for more info about it, we'd recommend subscribing to that thread as any relevant info will be posted there.

Yep, same issue here.
Quitting my window management app (Rectangle) "solve" the issue with the app.
