How to Restore access for a Third Party?

I deleted access by BBC iPlayer by mistake. What is the easiest way to restore it??

I was exploring my Account adding this and that.  I came across a list of Third Parties that had access to my account.  One was BBC iPlayer. 

There was the word Revoke and Access, one above the other.  I chose the lower one. Hence I mistakenly deleted the access for BBC iPlayer.

Okay, so I guess that makes me an "idjut" as far as the average Net user is concerned. Nevertheless, please would you help me and tell me the easiest way for me to restore BBC iPlayer to that list.  

PS. To be honest I have forgotten how I managed to get the BBC PlayLister on Spotify in the first place.  It must have done this several years ago now.  Just point me in the right direction and maybe I will get it this time around.

You can go to the app website and connect it again with your Spotify.
