I am a premium user but am getting Error code:accesspoint:22

Please help me log in on my MacBook, and why isn't there a live chat help with this app ??

First up, make sure both your OS and the Spotify app are up-to-date. This error is sometimes related to outdated versions. If everything is right, then it's best to perform a clean reinstall by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any saved content.
