I am logged in with my phone but it won't allow me to log in on my computer

I just now downloaded the Spotify app and tried to log in with a browser as well as with the app but neither of those worked yet, I CAN listen with my phone app

Could you elaborate further on the login obstacles on the desktop app and the web browser? Are you getting any error codes?

Does this happen with different accounts and a different internet connection, e.g. a hot spot from your phone?
