I can't login to my app errorcode 409

I have a Premium Individual plan but when I'm trying to login I'm getting an error message that tells me that the app is only available for premium users

Could you share a screenshot of the error message?

 

What platform are you trying to log in on, the desktop app, mobile app, the web player or somewhere else? What region are you in?
