I'm Not Seeing the Ability to Add People to Family Plan

Hello!

 

I was trying to add someone to my family account the other day, but I'm not seeing the option to do so anymore. The only thing I can do is remove the one person I already have in there.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

The FAQ for Spotify family is here.

How many people does your plan support? If it's only 1 then you'll need to cancel and resubscribe to invite more.

 

If you're meant to be able to invite more, can you screenshot the page you're seeing?

Thanks for the reply. I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm seeing. It looks like this is inline with what you were referring to about having to cancel and subscribe again, since I don't have the "Invite" option.

 

If you could confrim this, that would be great! Thanks again!

Yup, you'll need to cancel and resubscribe to the level that allows you to add 2 people to the plan.
