In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Could you please let us know if your issue is with the desktop app or the Web Player? 

If you're experiencing this on the desktop application, we'd suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of Spotify on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
