Installing the Spotify PWA on MacOS

Greetings,

Has anybody managed to install the Spotify PWA from Chrome on MacOS ? No matter what I do, the web player wants me to download the native installer. This blog post seems to imply (at the very end of the post) that it's only available for Chrome OS, but this video on YouTube seems to contradict this...

Found a solution so answering my own question.

The solution is to open the Spotify web player by adding the ?pwa=1 parameter to the end of the URL, like this: https://open.spotify.com?pwa=1. This will enable the PWA requirements, service workers and all that and allow the installation.
